After booking your party rentals online or by phone, you'll receive an order confirmation email detailing your rental items, quantities, duration, and receipt. For your convenience, our delivery team will send you a text message with their estimated arrival time when they're en route to deliver your items. Similarly, on pickup day, you'll receive another text message when our team is heading to your location, including their estimated arrival time.
Weekend rentals are delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday, while weekday rentals are delivered the day before your event and picked up the following day. We offer same-day delivery and pickup for an additional fee. Please note that our delivery service does not include setup or teardown of chairs and tables.
